Uniforms and Gear

Gear

Players are required to provide their own equipment, consisting of:

  • Girls lacrosse stick (boys lacrosse sticks are very different)
  • Goggles - Safety standards changed Jan 1, 2020.  Be sure that your goggles have the "SEI Certification symbol"
  • Colored mouth guard (so referees can easily see that they are being worn)
  • Cleats. We recommend Women's lacrosse turf shoes if you are going to buy new gear.

Good selections of lacrosse gear are available for purchase locally from DICK'S Sporting Goods and Lacrosse Northwest or online from lax.com or lacrosseunlimited.com.  Used equipment is sometimes available at Play It Again Sports.  Don't hesitate to contact your coach with equipment questions.

Additionally, we offer a team store with Lincoln branded athletic wear that is open 24/7, year-round, with products shipped right to your door.  Check out the Lincoln Corner Store.

Head Protection - We welcome and support players who choose to use protective head gear, though neither US Lacrosse nor Oregon Girls Lacrosse Association require such gear for girls lacrosse players.  Please visit the USA Lacrosse website for a Women's Lacrosse Headgear FAQ.

Uniforms

Game Uniforms:  Varsity and JV uniforms are provided by the Club.  Note that the kilt is a skirt only, so players will need black or white spandex shorts such as Nike Pros to wear with the kilts.  There is a $250 fee for uniforms that aren't returned within two weeks of the end of the season.

Game Base Layers:  Players may only wear black leggings, white short or long sleeve top under our white (Home) jersey, and red short or long sleeve top under our red (Away) jersey.

Practice Attire:   The coaches request that player wear a red or white, short or long sleeve top, and black shorts or tights.

Gear Store:  Players are invited, but not required, to purchase their gear from the Team Store.
