Lincoln Girls Lacrosse

Welcoming novice and experienced players alike, Lincoln Girls Lacrosse fields teams for 3rd through 12th grade girls living in the following Portland school districts: Lincoln High School; West Sylvan Middle School; Chapman, Ainsworth, Bridlemile and Forest Park Elementary Schools; and Skyline K-8 School.

Recommended Youth Girls Beginner Stick

Player are required to provide their own equipment, consisting of:

  • Girls lacrosse stick (boys lacrosse sticks are very different)
  • Goggles - Safety standards changed Jan 1, 2020.  Please make sure googles are stamped with "SEI certification" symbol.   
  • Colored mouth guard (colored so referees can easily see that they are being worn)
  • Cleats (soccer cleats are fine - lacrosse specific cleats aren't necessary)
  • Appropriate clothing for cold, wet practices (lacrosse is no fun if you're cold and wet!  Hats, gloves and rain gear are a must!)
